What happens if my state system's 'claim form' requires ADA or ADP to be entered?

We recommend always following your State Agency's instructions. With that in mind, we wanted to provide some related information that may help you with this.

 

Does Meal Counter Calculate ADP?

Yes. However it is only visible through the Monthly and Custom excel output

Does Meal Counter tally or calculate ADA?

No

 

ADP Step 1: Select, 'Manage my Sites' and login

ADP Step 2: Select Report type:

  • Sponsor Monthly Meal Counts

  • Sponsor Custom Meal Counts

ADP Step 3: When Selecting Monthly Meal Counts, Select Excel download

When Selecting Custom Meal Counts

  • Select the date range desired

  • Select Excel download

ADP Step 4: Open the downloaded file to view data. You may need to scroll horizontally on the right pane to find the ADP column.
